This site is operated by Māori Consulting Limited (company number 16605852, registered in England and Wales, registered office), trading as Haka International.

The text, photographs, design and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Our name and logo are our marks.

Separately, and more importantly: the haka, waiata and other Māori cultural material described on this site are not ours to give away. They belong to the iwi (tribe), hapū (sub-tribe) and whānau (family) they come from. Nothing on this site grants you any right to perform, teach, record or commercialise any haka, and permission to use our website content is not permission to use the cultural material described in it.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Descriptions of our services are indicative; what we actually agree to deliver for you is set out in the proposal and the Booking Terms for that engagement.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it constitutes professional advice.

Where we link to other websites, we do so because we think they are useful. We have no control over them and we are not responsible for their content.
