About
Our story
Our team of kaihaka (haka performers) have been trained in the teachings of haka from a young age, having grown up with haka in school or in their respective communities. Our performers come from across Aotearoa, New Zealand, and represent many of the iwi (Māori tribes) of the country. A number of our kaihaka have performed and competed at the highest levels of haka, either in the schools divisions (Primary and Secondary School National competitions), or in Te Matatini, the premiere competition known as “The Olympics of Haka”, held biannually. We have travelled the world sharing haka and the Maori culture with people from government officials to tourist and performers alike. Our kaihaka are members of the London based Māori Community group – Ngāti Rānana – generally leading cultural teams across Europe, and teaching others growing in our culture.
Based in London, we are available to travel the world and are ready to share the best of haka, and Māori culture with you.
